I had built miniature studio to photograph my then-new Cactus PT-04 wireless flash controller and have since been obsessed with achieving pure-white backgrounds while keeping photorealism. I started with this kona coffee bean, but I liked the shot for the detail:
Emily helped and we kept with the “things in the kitchen” theme. I grabbed some greasy Cheetos orbs from a snack pack. The top and right edge are pure-white:
